This certificated 12-hour CPD course is designed for registered veterinary nurses (RVNs) and student veterinary nurses (SVNs) working under the direction of a veterinary surgeon, who are tasked with implanting microchips into dogs, cats, rabbits or ferrets. While in-house training covers the practical aspects of microchipping, this course provides essential theoretical knowledge to reinforce best practices, ensuring compliance with legislation and high standards of animal welfare.
