Feeding the Inappetant Patient (AVNC2024)

40 minute video - Certificated at 1 hour of CPD

In this session we are going to be looking at inappetence in our patients and how best to support with nutrition. We will look at nutritional calculations to ensure we are achieving adequate nutrition, how to enhance appetite (with both pharmaceuticals and non-pharma routes), refeeding syndrome (what it is, how to avoid and treatment regimes) and tube feeding.
