Menopause affects all team members in veterinary practice, the aim of the lecture is to help managers deal with the conversations and adjustments that may be required in practice. There will be sign posts to useful resources that can be utilised, including recognising the potential signs of perimenopause and menopause, how to start those conversations and reasonable adjustments that can be provided within practice to help those going through the menopause. Also, why it is important to talk about menopause, it should not be a taboo subject and we should not be afraid to discuss it.
