SQP CPD: Ethics, Welfare and Boundaries for SQPs
This course supports companion animal Suitably Qualified Persons (C-SQPs) in developing ethical decision-making skills when supplying parasite control products. The course examines the professional judgement involved in responsible parasite control supply. It focuses on situations C-SQPs may encounter in which supply decisions are not straightforward, such as when legal supply does not automatically equate to ethical supply, when owners are unable or unwilling to follow best practice, or when underlying welfare concerns may arise during what appears to be a routine purchase.
This course certificate provides 1 hour CPD credit.
