Difficult or in Distress? Supporting Neurodivergent Colleagues in Practice: Through an engaging presentation using lived experience and case examples, delegates will learn the principles of: 1. Creating a neuroinclusive workplace that embraces neurodivergent colleagues and recognises the strengths that they can bring in the veterinary workplace 2. Understanding neurodivergent culture and the challenges that neurodivergent colleagues may face in the veterinary workplace 3. Recognising, and be able to reframe, the consequences of unmet needs of neurodivergent colleagues 4. Support neurodivergent colleagues by providing reasonable adjustments
